Peer Review Process
  1. After the author submits the article to the system, it will first be reviewed by the journal's experts for compliance with the submission guidelines (within a maximum of one week). (To expedite the review process, please carefully read the Author Guidelines section before submitting your article and ensure that it is precisely formatted according to the submission guidelines available on the system.)
  2. If the article is accepted in the first stage, it will move to the second stage, where the editor-in-chief, subject editor, and scientific committee will conduct an initial evaluation of its content quality and thematic relevance. This process typically takes one week.
  3. Once accepted in the second stage, the article will be sent to two reviewers. The article review process is as follows:
  • If both reviewers reject the article, it will be rejected.
  • If one reviewer requests a major revision and the other rejects the article, it will be rejected.
  • If both reviewers request major revisions, the article will be returned to the author for revision.
  • If one reviewer requests a minor revision and the other rejects the article, it will be sent to a third reviewer, and a decision will be made based on their evaluation, following the first two scenarios.
  • Once the author revises and resubmits the article based on the reviewers’ feedback, it will be sent to one of the reviewers for a comparative evaluation.

A weekly reminder email is sent to the reviewers, and if the article is not reviewed within one month, it will be reassigned to a new reviewer. Depending on the extent of requested revisions, the reviewers' feedback, and the speed and accuracy of the authors' revisions, the acceptance process in this journal takes approximately two months, provided the final approval of the reviewers is obtained.
